Master‘s thesis analyses connection between employee‘s loyalty and organization‘s competitive advantage, also factors influencing loyalty and ensuring competitive advantage. Research goal – to analyze, employee loyalty as the main source of organizations competitive advantage, theoretically and empirically. To achieve this goal, while using scientific literature analysis method, to identify factors, which influence employee loyalty and organization competitive advantage, employee loyalty usefulness for organization was distinguished in theoretical part. That allowed determining the connection between employee loyalty and competitive advantage. Research methods were chosen and research tools were formed according to employee loyalty connections with organizations competitive advantage in the second part of the work. Research model was formed for full conclusion. Survey methods and interview of companies CEO‘s were chosen as the right tools to perform research, in order to collect variety of empiric material and to base research results upon sources of acquired data. Research, which main was to determine factors, which influence employee loyalty, factors, which influence employees to work in organization, benefit of employee loyalty for organization and factors, which have influence for competitive advantage of the organization, was performed in the third part of the work. Employees from Alytus, Siauliai and Silutė regions participated in the research. Total number of 37 employees and 3 regional CEO ‘s were interviewed. According to performed analysis of scientific literature and acquired data, it was determined, that employee loyalty is directly influences competitive advantage of the organization, and human resources, which are linked to employee loyalty indirectly, lead to organization competitive advantage. Therefore, it can be stated, that employee loyalty is the most important factor, which influence organizations competitive advantage. |
