Abstract [eng] Master's work examined the concept of consumer behavior, the essence of consumer behavior is the organization, assessed the diversity of consumer behavior patterns, identify factors driving consumer behavior, which influence the purchase decision-making process. The paper revealed consumer behavior factors that affect the purchase decision-making process, the study design and organization of the procedures which led to the study sample and the methods of choice. Summarizes the practical work of JSC “Verbūnų duona” consumer behavior study, ie identify and assess the main factors affecting the purchase decision-making process.
