| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this paper is an online service quality assessment. The theoretical and practical exploration was made to identify what aspects customers used for online service measurment. The paper devided into there chapters. First two is dedicated to online service quality theory. The analysis of metodologies is made. The last chapter - practical research based on theorical basis. E-S-Qual metodology was used to measure online service. The recomendations was made how improve an online service quality. |
