Abstract [eng] Theoretical analysis of learning factors and peculiarities were conducted in the research to systemize the data and to distinguish factors determining luck related to the family of a pupil, to relationship with classmates and a teacher, school environment and attitude towards oneself as a pupil. The questionnaire was chosen as the method of the survey aiming to reveal teachers and pupils’ having special educational needs opinion on what factors determine successful learning. Statistical data analysis was made. Questionnaire process with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and Microsoft Office Exel program. Processing the data used factor analysis, frequencies and recode into different variables. The referents of the research were pupils having specific learning disorders (N=150) and special pedagogues (N=50). The empirical part of the research deals with the factors, related to the environment of the family and school, relationships with classmates as well as teachers and attitude towards oneself as a pupil, determining learning success. The most significant conclusions of the empirical part of the research: 1. Pupils having specific learning disorders specified such factors determining learning success as parents’ encouragement; favourable conditions for learning at home; good relationships with the members of the family; positive relationships with classmates and teachers; the pursuit of knowledge to use it in the future. 2. These are the factors determining successful learning specified by special pedagogues: parents’ encouragement to study; feeling secure at school and in the class; assisting the pupils during classes; maintenance of good relationships with classmates. 3. While comparing the collected data it can be noticed that the two groups of referents (special pedagogues and pupils having specific learning disorders’) specified similar factors determining successful learning which are related to the family environment, relationships with teachers and classmates.
