Abstract [eng] The topic of Innovative Human Resource Management (IHRM) is at the peak of relevance due to constantly changing demographics, improving economic conditions, market openness, increasing focus on employee well-being in the workplace, and the causes of the COVID-19 pandemic. IHRM is defined as the application of new or improved solutions, including the integration of technology into IHRM processes. Labor market surveys show a growing demand for the implementation of IHRM, with employees preferring to work half of the time away from the physical workplace, 40% of adults and 49% of Generation Z employees would plan to leave the workplace if the employer does not offer flexible working arrangements, and 6 out of 10 employees are willing to look for new workplaces that offer the option of teleworking. At the same time, organizations are looking for ways to meet these market trends while maintaining organizational commitment and work engagement rates. The synergies between digital application of IHRM and work organization methods are designed to support flexible working conditions, to match the needs of employees and the organization, to objectively measure performance, and to increase organizational effectiveness. Study showed that the application of digital IHRM tools, working atmosphere, communication and attractive reward systems have an impact on work engagement, organizational commitment and well-being. The study also highlighted the element of well-being at work, as a determination of IHRM and its digital application’s impact on both organizational commitment and job engagement.
