The main topics of this Master's Work are an efficient personnel selection and its influence on working productivity in the organizations. Different researches of Lithuanian and foreign authors are analyzed and different practical and theoretical personnel selection methods are systematized. Considering the experience of foreign countries, specificity, suitability and adequacy of personnel selection methods in our state departments are presented. The laws of employment regulations in the Customs of the Republic of Lithuania are analyzed. To estimate the real employment situation in the Customs of the Republic of Lithuania, the questioning of the Customs authorities is presented. It is evident, that employment process in the Customs is rather primitive and not effective. Though, the authorities of the Customs state the efficiency of employment methods as very effective and competent. |
