Produced work focuses on analyzing problems, that come from project management in virtual enterprises. Structure of enterprises itself arouses some difficulties. The main reason is, that interaction between project stakeholders is managed through information and communication technologies. There are two main problems – human resource management and communication management. Performed literature analysis confirmed that assumptions. To solve those problems, PMBOK knowledge areas were chosen, as the basis for project management. They were complemented with some suggestions, witch make this model more suitable for virtual enterprises. |
