Abstract [eng] In this dissertation the main problem, what factors and how determine the skills mismatch, has been analyzed. The analysis of skill concept in various contexts has been accomplished in the first chapter of the dissertation. Moreover, the concept of skills mismatch has been introduced, substantiating its connection with qualification, in pursuance of its application of economical context. The concepts of skill and skills mismatch have been analyzed and summarized in this chapter. According to the summarized labour demand theories and results of the researches, analyzing labour demand factors, which influence skills mismatch, there have been identified and reasoned the main factors determining skills mismatch: globalization, technologies, institutions and education. In the second chapter of the dissertation the evaluation model of labour demand influence on skills mismatch has been composed and substantiated, according to the theoretical concept of labour demand factors influence on skills mismatch, presented in the first chapter. In the third chapter of the dissertation the research of labour demand factors influence on employed populations skills mismatch has been done. In this research the evaluation of globalization, technologies, institutions and education influence on surplus and deficit skills mismatch have been evaluated in the case of 28 EU countries. The differences of labour demand factors influence in countries, with higher education expenses and relatively competitive international trade, have been determined. The dissertation has been completed with conclusions, directions for the future researches, references and appendixes.
