Introduction to the concepts of work, which is often used for enacting terms, explanations, and presents an introduction to the research facility goals, objectives, research methods, strategy, it provides a working framework and master volume. The first part is devoted to the work of real theoretical justification of archaeological heritage protection, this section focuses on contemporary cultural and socio-economic values of the structure, security policy, state the mission, as well as archaeological immovable property protection in Europe and the world, are regulating the activities of the Lithuanian legal documents. The second part deals with the work of the master method, the organization addressed in qualitative studies of selected options, explains why the choice of a structured interview method, as used in document analysis method, the survey respondents. The third part of the material taught in a specific, touching Taurage real archaeological heritage resources and value analysis of opportunities for respondents to provide security assessments, as well as a detailed analysis of the legislative framework application Tukums district, the reasons that prevent the proper conduct of CIP activities.
