Abstract [eng] Knowledge investment in scientific literature is often identified as a separate set of cells (G. Becker, DA Olaniyan, ch. Ryu, Z. Tamašauskienė J. Bagdanavičius, ER Stancikas, etc.) not to combine them into a single system. This scientific approach insufficiently reveal the complexity of knowledge investment and systematic. Therefore, it can be said that there insufficient approach investment in knowledge as a systematic process of perception, and it does not allow the organization to carry out a coherent and targeted investment in knowledge work. Consequently, the organization will not be able to adapt to changing environmental conditions, and incompetent staff will not be ready to withstand the external environmental elements of competitive pressures. The purpose of master research work – to identify and assess the knowledge investment as a systematic process to the benefit of human capital. Since human capital is treated as an intellectual capital ground, knowledge investment also has significant influence and intellectual capital, and the whole organization to value creation. The tasks of master research work: 1) To analyze the concept of intellectual capital structure, to define the place of human resources in intellectual capital structure; 2) Define knowledge management as an intellectual resource development tool; 3) To explore the knowledge investment as a systematic process; 4) To analyze the benefit of systematic knowledge investment processf for Lithuania's business organizations human capital. In order to examine the problem of theoretical and practical level, used the analysis of scientific literature analysis, synthesis, also used generalization, evaluation, induction, deduction methods. For the study used the survey method. The survey's form – questionnaire. An investigation has shown that knowledge investment in many organizations as a systematic process. Knowledge investment is projected, selected for knowledge acquisition forms, include such elements as employee motivation, professional development, personal training. This leads to a consistent knowledge investment process, which ensures the survival of the organization in a changing environment.
