Abstract [eng] SUMMARY The criminalistic crime act analysis In this Master thesis criminal act is analysed, the suggestions on the relevance of types of analysis are made for the purpose of drawing up as comprehensive characteristics of criminalistic criminal act as possible, where this characteristics is the effect of criminalistic criminal act, on the basis of criminalistic approach. Structural, systematic and statistic analysis is applied for the examination of criminal act. Comparative method is used in order to generalise concepts of interpretation of criminalistic criminal acts proposed by different scientists. As a certain scientific category criminalistic characteristics is analysed on several levels: as criminalistic characteristics of offences common to all types of offences and as criminalistic characteristics of individual groups and types of offences. The elements constituting the structure of criminalistic criminal act and their correlation ties are also analysed. The following elements of criminalistic criminal act are singled out and analysed in this thesis: subject of offence, type of offence, object of offence and/or victim and setting of offence. When aware of structural elements of criminalistic characteristics of offences, their interconnections, theoretical and methodological bases for the analysis of the offences are formed. Practical meaning of the characteristics of criminalistic criminal act is given, the application of offender profiling method and the development of criminalistic information systems is proposed. In addition, criminalistic analysis of homicides is performed and the criminalistic characteristics of homicides and its structure are presented in this Master thesis. On the basis of the official statistical data the latest information on murders committed in 2004-2006 is submitted, general features and peculiarities of this offence significant for the investigation of the offences of this type are described.
