Non-formal educational importance and implications for youth development process in Lithuania is not one year, but various studies and practical situation shows that youth employment entertainment on offer is relatively low, and the provision of supplementary education services are often not high quality and meet the students' needs.Students in non-formal education activities mainly understood as an additional artistic, sporting and business activities at your school and associate with non-school activities. Students' point of view, the organization of non-formal education is implemented the principle of relevance, it is likely that the students have the opportunity to select the relevant activities in which to develop and cultivate a variety of their competencies. |
