Abstract [eng] Zeta- and L-functions play a central role in analytic number theory. The theory of these functions is constantly and systematically developing in various directions. One of them is the studies of approximation of certain analytic functions by the shifts of zeta- and L-functions or the broad classes. These problems can be of continuous and discrete types. In the PhD thesis, the simultaneous approximation by the shifts of L-functions from the Selberg-Steuding class is studied. Certain results regarding the mixed simultaneous approximation for collections of periodic zeta and periodic Hurwitz zeta functions are also obtained. The results are based on the proofs of probabilistic and analytic methods, as well as Megelyan's theory on the approximation of analytic functions by polynomials.
