Abstract [eng] |
The calendars themselves are specific publications which should reasonably match two major criteria – information availability and practical value. Nowadays computers more and more penetrate into the calendar making. It might be stated that this penetration will be even more intensive in the future. The aim of the final Master work is to relate the elements of mathematics, thinking and logics with daily events and routine as closely as possible. There are two mathematical calendars presented here. The fist calendar analyses 12 quite interesting problems of mathematics: some solved with the help of a computer and the usual way; others solved only with the help of a computer or only the usual way. Having analysed the problems, it becomes clear that the combination of human mind and the help of a computer is very powerful. There is a variety of problems presented in the second calendar. Children could solve them every workday. Therefore, the solving of mathematical problems could become a part of daily life. It is sometimes handy or needed to integrate the lessons of mathematics and information technologies so teachers could use both methods of problem solving: the usual way and with the help of a computer. It could be suggested to use mathematical calendar in the notice board or using a projector, an interactive whiteboard or any other type of multimedia during lessons. |
