Abstract [eng] |
In the present Master‘s Thesis are the point and the structure of integrated marketing communications (IMC) revealed, since there is no unanimous classification of IMC elements and plan structure. The literary analysis revealed eight stages of integrated marketing communications planing and eight modern elements. The integrated marketing communications were analyzed by means of structural approach and by applying qualitative case study. The results of the present research showed that often several IMC planing stages are combined into one. Based on the research results and the particularity of services of international freight transportation integrated marketing communications were formulated for companies providing international freight transportation: the most important elements of IMC are distinguished and the model of IMC process is created. By applying another qualitative case study – an interview – assumptions on the most effective elements of integrated marketing communications that could be applied in companies providing international freight services were confirmed. |
