The master’s work discusses the concept and of strategy formation and it’s importance and relevancy for the management of today’s companies business, investigates the models of strategy formation and the logic of today's strategy formation. By the means of goods life-cycle conception, portfolio, SWOT methods performed a detail analysis of industrial company’s existing business situation for AB “Mažeikiu nafta” case. Based on suggested strategy formation model the strategies for the company were selected and substantiated. The scientific research hypothesis of the author stating that for currant AB Mazeikiu nafta” situation the cost leadership, market penetration and goods development strategies are suitable for the Company. The basic information required for Company strategy formation is related to marketing and innovations. |
