Abstract [eng] |
In this study, the effectiveness of two physical activity management models for individuals with increased cardiometabolic risk was compared and evaluated: the conventional model – where only physical activity recommendations are provided after aerobic physical training under direct medical staff supervision, and the combined model of physical activity care, developed in this study, where after ambulatory aerobic exercise training not only physical activity recommendations are provided, but additionally home-based aerobic exercise training using smart devices is applied. Changes in key cardiometabolic, arterial, cardiorespiratory fitness parameters and questionnaire data were evaluated in the study. The results obtained are among the first in this field, significantly contributing to improving the management of physical activity for individuals with increased cardiometabolic risk and thereby reducing their cardiovascular risk. |
