Electrochemically deposited gold nanostructures and synthesized gold-coated magnetic nanoparticles are analyzed. The dissertation presents how such nanostructures can be integrated into complex analytical systems, using these structures to enhance the immunosensor response and facilitate a simpler detection process. It also discusses how the gold nanoparticle synthesis process can be used for the determination of reducing sugar concentration. |
