Abstract [eng] In the analytical part thesis provides an overview of the best practice methodology. Submitted for analysis methodologies and limitations and shortcomings. To solve challenges of the final work the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) methodology was chosen. Based on the ITIL v3 guide was analyzed incident management process and it's relationship to other processes. In the practical part, with the help of IBM WebSphere Business Modeler software, was produced business process management model. Accomplished model simulation and dynamic analysis. At the end were was analysed theoretical and practical aspects and the findings submitted.
