The theoretical aspects of economic analysis and performance optimization developed by Lithuanian and foreign authors are analysed and put in the systematical order in this master‘s work. It is very important to find suitable methods of economic analysis, indicators, inner resources and assess the possibility of improving the activities of the company. In accordance with assessment of the performance indicators which were analysed in the literature and the information which was given by the Joint Stock company “Baldų meistras“, the economic analysis of the performance of the company was accomplished and the performance optimization was substantiated . There main indicators of sales, profits, profitability, solvency, asset recovery, resource management, cost price, expenses and financial stability were revealed, and the main factors which determine them were distiguished. According to this classical economic analysis, the economic situation of the company is gradually deteriorating, therefore, the performance of the company could be optimized only with the help of optimization methods (linear programming, marginal revenue and expenditure methods). The research hypothesis has been confirmed, the company performance direct hold on cost price changes. |
