Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this Master’s thesis is to analyze the control of socialization of new employees of STI of Siauliai county and SSIFB Siauliai department, as well as to provide opportunities for improvement. This thesis contains the analysis of aspects of the socialization of new employees. The factors determining the socialization in an organization were examined, the indicators of socialization process were described and possible methods of organizational socialization were provided in this work. The overview of challenges to public service in the context of legal regulations was made by document analysis. The features of the control (organization) of socialization of STI employees in Siauliai county and SSIFB Siauliai department were examined by the analysis of legal documents. By the method of semi-standardized deep interview the attitude of experts towards the subject was ascertained, the experiences of the control of socialization process in SSIFB and STI Siauliai territorial departments were evaluated. Finally, the model of the socialization process and recommendations for improvement of the management process were developed and provided in this work. |
