Tasks: 1. A review of the scientific literature on high-dose chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation caused mucositis, its negative effects for patients. 2. To investigate the high dose induced mucositis frequency and severity depending on the patient sociodemographic and clinical signs. 3. Evaluate patients experienced distress interfaces with high doses of chemotherapy -induced mucositis. 4. Investigate nursing issues and their frequency in patients with high doses of chemotherapy -induced mucositis. 5. Analyze the nursing actions and procedures applicable to patients with high doses of chemotherapy -induced mucositis. Materials and Methods: Literature and articles Collection and Review; patients distress thermometer evaluation of the results; patients pain scale evaluation of the results; nursing process assessment using the questionnaire; mucositis severity rating scale; medical documents analysis, nutritional assessment of patients using the malnutrition scale. Results and Conclusions. Chemotherapy - this is one of the most effective ways to combat oncological diseases, but chemotherapy has negative consequences, one of which is a manifestation of mucositis, a negative impact on the patient's physical and mental state. Mucositis occurs after the use of chemotherapy. The resulting distress caused to the patient unpleasant sensations of pain, replaces the patient's appearance, these factors resulting in the patient experiencing distress. Mucositis manifestation of the reduction and prevention of anticipation applied medicated treatment. Mucositis in patients after the onset of extra care processes, helping the patient to treat mucositis damaged areas and reduce the onset suffered distress. Investigate high doses induced mucositis frequency and severity depending on the patient sociodemographic and clinical symptoms have been found to be the most mucositis occurred in males belonging to the age group of 40 to 59 years of age with the greatest degree of mucositis occurred in 5 - 8 Days after transplantation. The evaluation of patients experienced distress interfaces with high doses of chemotherapy-induced mucositis was found that patients met after high-dose chemotherapy, mucositis, which resulted in patients experiencing distress caused side effects such as patients' appearance changes, swelling, pain, mouth ulcers. To investigate the nursing problems and their frequency in patients with high doses of chemotherapy-induced mucositis was found that the greatest care problems is the lack of patient information and staff shortages. An analysis of nursing actions and procedures applicable to patients with high doses of chemotherapy mucositis was found that patients in nursing practices and procedures applicable to support Mr. Roper 12 vital facts. These vital activities included: sleep, employment, movement, body temperature, defecation and urination, eating, breathing, communication, evaluation, application of personal hygiene, safe environment is maintained.
