Recently health has been seen as a process, performance, potential, and scientific health risk assessment has become a matter of priority. According to the systemic health conception, individual or public health is influenced by the system of interacting environmental factors whose behavior and characteristics are determined by the effect of synergy. The relevance of the systemic approach to public health and risk is continuously increasing, and the lifestyle and psycho-emotional state play an important role in the formation of health risks and resources. In the present work integral health risk is assessed as an integral systemic factor which is caused by the physical, social, natural, technogenic, environmental, and lifestyle conditions interacting with the physical, social and spiritual health. The present research was designed to show that the geothermal water balneotherapy can manage the ratio of health risk and resources which has an impact on improving the health integral risk situation. The aim of the present work was to assess the lifestyle and psycho-emotional state-mediated health risk’s integral systemic features in different social groups (seamen and urban residents) and the impact of balneotherapy on health risk prevention. The dissertation proposed the conceptual systemic model of health risk and resources which is based on the synergetic dissipation, determined the lifestyle and psycho-emotional state-mediated health risk, its integral expression, and developmental tendencies; the most important management parameters were identified, the role of social status and the impact of balneotherapy on reducing individual health risk factors and integral health risk intensity was assessed. |
