The aim of this paper is to examine and compare the organizational culture between Šiauliai Zokniai basic school and Dubija basic school. Master‘s final work examined the concept of organizational culture and the importance of content in general education schools. The chosen topic is relevant to decrease the number of children in schools. The problem of survival touched many educational institutions in one or another way. Therefore, the modern market conditions highlighted the need for each type of school authorities to take a culture, where there is a large choice of educational institutions. The final section deals with the theoretical work culture, organizational culture in variety of concepts, types and levels, functions, distinguishable features of School organizational culture specific. The empirical part provides us in results of statistical data for school analysis, and examined in details Šiauliai Zokniai basic school and Dubija basic school cases, highlighting the unique characteristics and similarities of general education institutions. At work is used comparative analysis of scientific literature, sources of literature, the organization of culture governing, analysis of documents, the use of comparison and generalization in writing (questionnaire) methods. There was used statistical analysis using SPSS 11 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program, the schedules and tables illustrates author's work. |
