This research is about migration in Lithuania and what affects on economics does it have. The first part includes the theory of migration. The types and causes, macro and micro factors, consequences and legislation are discussed as well. The second part includes a study determining a connection between migration in Lithuania and labor force, unemployment, wages and GDB. The research concerns the dynamics of migration in Lithuania during a period of 2003 – 2010. The third part contents a migration prognosis of population in Lithuania in 2011 – 2015. Also the usefulness and costs, which causes migration, are estimated. |
