The master‘s final thesis analyses Lithuanian and foreign authors’ scientific literature on employees motivation system formation questions. The work of „Šiaulių vandenys“ Ltd. and „X vandenys“ Ltd. is presented. Research methodology is denoted. The survey of 191 „Šiaulių vandenys“ Ltd. and 74 „X vandenys“ Ltd employees showed, that the most requested incentive is in the terms of money. The main conclusion withdrawn is that the formation of employees motivation system and the complex application of motivation implements are needed in the enterprises. This work could be relevant to „Šiaulių vandenys“ Ltd. and „X vandenys“ Ltd. managers. The suggested recommendations could be significant in pursuance to improve enterprises’ work effectiveness and guarentee little employee turnover. |
