Abstract [eng] |
Criminal investigation is a complex activity requiring many efforts of those who perform it. Not only a proper preparedness of those subjects is crucial to the investigation success. Other important aspects include relevant methodological recommendations that are developed during the analyses of criminal acts and their investigation, and delivery of various scientific innovations. These studies are a basis of the characteristics of criminal offences and criminal investigations. The focus in the paper was made on the criminal characteristic of forensic investigation, which has been insufficiently examined in criminalistics and is still a relatively new concept. The work also provides an analysis of its structure, and role in the investigation of criminal cases. Theoretical claims are based on the investigative practices of murders. The paper presents the main typical investigation situations characteristic to criminal acts in general and murders in particular; stages of investigation and applicable criminal operations. |
