Abstract [eng] The Influence of the Different Aerobic Training on Physical Capacity in Patients after Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Objective: To determine the influence of the different physiotherapy training on cardiorespiratory system functions, physical capacity and fatigue in patients after coronary bypass grafting. Participants:41 patients (mean age was 59,51±4,62 years) after coronary artery bypass surgery. Interventions: The experimental group received physiotherapy with aerobic interval walking training; the control group received physiotherapy with aerobic continuous walking training. Main Outcome Measures: cardiovascular system functions, respiratory function, physical capacity by 6 min walk test, dyspnoea and strain intensity perception, fatigue with visual fatigue scale on the 5th and the 20th rehabilitation days. Main results: Aerobic interval walking workout has more statistically significant influence for heart rate measurements than aerobic continuous walking workout. The test results of chest in the experimental group increased from 4,59±1,19 to 5,70±0,84 cm and in the control group results changed from 4,74±1,38 to 5,61±1,10 cm. Comparing results of 6 min walking between the groups it was noticed that experimental group‘s indicator increased by 87,25±42,16 m from 373,00±34,24 to 460,25±44,88 m which is more than in the control group, where indicator increased by only 48,33±31,99 m from 372,38±51,66 to 420,71±44,20 m.Looking at movements of indicators in groups according to Borg Scale it could be seen that indicators in experimental group increased by 1,05±0,69 during 1st test and by 0,55±0,76 during 2nd test while in control group results increased by 1,10±0,89 and 0,86±0,85 during 1st and 2nd test accordingly. Conclusions: The impact of aerobic interval walking trainings is statistically more reliable and has bigger influence to the circulation of the blood of the patients after coronary artery bypass surgery than aerobic continuous walking trainings. Aerobic interval walking training has statistically better effect on physical capacity of the patients after coronary artery bypass surgery than aerobic continuous walking training. The influence of aerobic interval and continuous walking trainings to functional state of respiratory system was statistically reliable. However, there were no statistically significant difference between two types of aerobic walking trainings.
