Abstract [eng] Work aim: To investigate the effects of physical activity group for teens with depression, psycho-emotional state. Work tasks: 1. Assess the test for depression and anxiety levels adapted physical activity sessions at the beginning and the end. 2. Evaluate depressed teen sleep quality changes before and after the application of physical activity sessions. 3. Evaluate subjects will change in adapted physical activity sessions at the beginning and the end. 4. Identify depression and anxiety influence the quality of sleep. Research methods: A total number of 60 subjects with depression were found, 6 of them (10 percent boys) and 54 (90 percent girls). The study took place in the public institution of Vilnius University Hospital Santariškės branch, Children's Hospital, physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department since 2014 December to 2016 January. The patents were divided into two groups – the research group, in which adapted physical activity sessions were held in groups and the control group, where classes were held individually. Each group included 30 members and had 10 test sessions. The subjects were tested twice – at the start and the end. The study used the HAD scale - psyche motional status of the evaluation of methods to assess anxiety and depression changes at the beginning and the end. It was also assessed subjects sleep quality changes - Pittsburgh sleep quality questionnaire. PMKI issues include a variety of factors related to the quality of sleep, including sleep duration and latency assessment, specific sleep related disorders frequency and manifestation. The study also assessed the subjects of motivation changes - children will questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to identify the reasons for the investigation of internal and environmental impact research will. The results: After 2 weeks of adapted physical activity sessions in the study group compared with the control, depression and anxiety of expression under the HAD scale was lower (7.3 and 10.5 points) symptoms of expression. This indicates that the mental state improved significantly higher in group physical activity. The sleep test results demonstrated that application of physical activity two weeks discourage both anxiety and depression symptoms manifestation and improves sleep quality. Examination test of will and motivation to change can be seen that all three levels of the study group were to get better results when compared to the control group. The biggest difference was visible at the highest - level of achievement. The study was to determine the depression or anxiety effect on the quality of sleep and it was found that sleep quality is directly proportional to the level of depression. The depression and anxiety level higher in the poorer quality of sleep. Conclusions: 1. Subjects were subject group adapted physical activities that complaints are resolved more often than with the individual classes. 2. After 2 week applied physical activity, depression and anxiety symptoms, improving psycho-emotional condition, and also improves the quality of sleep. The test results demonstrate that application of physical activity two weeks discourage both anxiety and depression symptoms manifestation and improves sleep quality. 3.
