The thesis presents internet banking systems (IB) acceptance aspects and provides a new set of heuristics for acceptance evaluation. IB systems give lots of benefits - enable business expansion, offer customers new services, however, according to the users' perceived risks, demand more confidence and reliability. Therefore the topic is widely discussed and scientific studies are performed. Based on literature research, this paper proposes a new heuristic evaluation methodology for assessing the acceptance. Methodology provides a set of questions, which should be answered to evaluate acceptance and check the level of trust and reliability of IB systems. In order of methodology efficiency verification, the investigation of existing and widely used system was performed. |
