Abstract [eng] Work’s focus object – electronic information technology (further – information technology) integration. Purpose – information technology process analysis and exclusion of trends. Main tasks: discussion of views towards information technology process and the exclusion of the view used in the work; find and examine information technology integration barriers; separate information technology integration levels; examine information technology integration according to the separated integration levels. Information technology integration is extremely dynamic and complex area, there fore it needs to be examined all the time. Due to that existing different views and analysis of the process among different specialists - most of the time process’s analysis is limited to one or few aspects or it is analyzed abstractly. Most of the time in different analysis types different views and terms occur, lack of standardization is obvious, popular view, which can’t answer all theoretical questions that come out to surface, is dominant in the area. Work‘s main propositions, which are proven in the work: two partially separated integration levels exist; different trends can be applied to them; process of substitution is the way of interaction between these two levels. Due to the high amounts of information technology, only electronic ones are analyzed in the work. This work might be useful to technological and physical scientists, management and communication specialists, students and teachers.
