Individual and collective contracts relation Labor relations in Lithuania regulate the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, established on the first of January of 2003. But only concluding collective contracts can solve a lot of questions of labor relations. In this way can be filed up law breaches. Such contracts can be concluded in all kind of states and private capital enterprises. Employees and employers can deal about everything which is concretely not regulated in legal acts – about the work and rest time, payment, leaving subsidies, material liability, labor security and compensations, the rise of qualification and other actual questions. With Labor code and states institutions legal acts is impossible to determine different situations, which are or may rise in different enterprises. That is why in the regulation of labor relation big place is carries out collective contracts, which are closely related with individual labor contracts. Exactly collective and individual labor contracts relation is analyzed in this work. Work is quiet new and actual, because Lithuanian authors are not widely analyzed the relation between these two kinds of labor contracts. The work consists of preface, two chapters, which are divided into smaller sections – subdivisions, conclusions, the list of literature and summaries in Lithuanian and English. First chapter is designated to give information about the notions of individual and collective labor contracts and to compare them. Second chapter takes the biggest part of the whole work, because the relation between individual and collective labor contracts is analyzed in it. In this chapter are detailed analyzed the singularities of individual and collective labor contracts structure and their relation, widely analyzed the parties of these contracts, collective labor contracts purposes and legal power comparing to individual labor contracts. In the end of the work are given concrete conclusions. |
