Various improvements are constantly suggested in response of changes taking place in today labor market. Together with other aspects it is suggested to expand freedom limits of contract in such a way giving possibilities for both sides to make beneficial agreements. However, in order to increase the flexibility and dynamics of employee and employer relationship, it is important to assess whether the liberalization of the labor contract does not alter the balance between the interests of the parties, will maintain and enhance social security. It is necessary to take into consideration the experience of other countries that have much older contract law traditions. |
