This thesis aim was to investigate the influence of personnel management style on microclimate in public sector institution, specifically in district prosecutor office. Hypothesis was raised that a good microclimate is dominant in research institution, because heads personal qualities influence it positive. Research of scientific literature about personnel management styles and organizational microclimate revealed what management styles and organizational microclimate dominate in research institution and management style influence for organizational microclimate. The study hypothesis was confirmed in part. |
