Abstract [eng] |
Master's thesis consists of an introduction, 4 sections, 7 sections the findings, 34 references. The study includes 52 paintings, 1 table. Working volume of 54 pages. This work is performed a laser beam with a wavelength of 1064 nm the transformation of the circular and rectangular flat-top beam profile analysis and optimization diffractive optical elements. In the first part is an overview the concept of diffractive optical elements and it demand for today's high-tech Laser Technology level, the basic laws of diffractive optics, which is based the design of binary diffractive elements and their operating principle. It also provides an overview of laser beam shaping method. The second part of this work is representing computer simulation results and analysis. Simulated laser beam transformation, performed the beam focusing to bigger and smaller beam waist radius. There are also simulating elliptical beam and central discrepancy influence of beam transformation. |
