Abstract [eng] |
The purpose of Master's thesis is to analyze the customer relationship management services of transport companies. The paper analyzed and structured both Lithuanian and foreign authors published material and researches related to the issue of customer relationship management. The paper examines the relations between the dimensions of the theoretical aspects of marketing and identifies customer relationship management components and features of the transport service companies. The expert interviews identified any control measures are used to transport companies in different customer relationship management components. The study identified the prospects for improving relations between the management and direction. |
