Abstract [eng] Complex and coordinated activity which is intended to prevention and presentation of necessary help is required to solve socio-educational problems. In this context, an important project-based activity which compensates inadequacy of traditional education methods for present requirements and insufficient influence effectiveness for educated persons. The project-based activity encourages thinking deeply about problematical problems, to search new experience, colloboration and creatively applying theoretical knowledge to possess critical situations. The relevance of the theme is determined by activities of practical importance, insufficient scientific cultivation and self-sufficiency. The problem. There is a lack of deeper socioeducated project-based arrangement and management peculiarities. The aim of the work to reveal peculiarities of socioeducated projects arrangement and management. The hypothesis. The aim of the socio-educational project members of the command – to solve social educated persons’ problems with satisfaction of innovations and professional expertise needs of educated persons. Qualitative (interpretations of written sources analysis) and quantitative (questionnaire) research have been applied. The hypothesis confirmed that aims of the command‘s members of the socio-educational project, firstly, are humanistic but also very important motives of making deeper competence and practical implementation of innovations.
