In Master's work were analyzed and systematized the various authors and investment performance assessment methods and risk assessment methods. Analyze investment project the construction of waste processing technology. The assessment was based on investment performance in practice often used in performance assessment techniques: net present value, payback period, internal rate of return, modified rate of return and profitability index. Risk assessment of the use of sensitivity analysis, break-even, and script methods. Approved by the research hypothesis that the investment project will not only additional revenues and profits, but also improve the company's financial results. |
