In the master‘s work there are analyzed services provided by accommodation companies, analyzed and systematized theoretic and practical material of different Lithuanian and foreign authors, explore the models of service quality assessment, analyze the classification of hotels and homesteads their services delivered, criteria of services‘ quality evaluation. There was performed the analysis of the quality of accommodation services provided by Šiauliai region companies according to SERVQUAL methodology. |
