The evolution and change of the environment, public needs influence changes in organizations. Organizations seeks to survive, so must adapt, develop and grow. The basis for this are the knowledge of employees, knowing, skills, abilities, experience, which must be permanently moved to new level, continuously improved if organizations wants to adapt to environment. The object of Master-thesis - knowledge management and it’s measures. The purpose of Master-thesis is to examine and analyse the influence of knowledge management on competencies development. The main tasks are to examine the needs of competencies improvement and understanding; to analyse type and characteristics of the competencies; to clarify the importance of the knowledge management for competencies development; to examine the knowledge management measures, that have the greatest impact on the development of competencies; to make the knowledge management of competencies development analysis. Using the analyze, synthesis and summarizing methods it was concluded, that the knowledge management has positive influence for competencies development. Found, that the knowledge management is focused on intellectual capital creation and development, supports individual and group learning, continuous improvement, renewal and dissemination of the best practice. Knowledge management provides a systematic and directional of competencies development. Examine, that the knowledge management contributes to the development of competencies, promoting the improvement and enhancement. Knowledge management gets the most influence for competencies development over the organization culture, learning, creativity and innovation. It can be concluded that the knowledge management, with organization culture, learning, creativity and innovation most influence the development of competencies. On the basis of the master’s work theoretical and practical part are suggestions and recommendations, which can be used in the implementation of the knowledge management and the basis for developing competencies. This Master-thesis may be useful for managers of organizations, information and knowledge management employees, all those are interested in knowledge management, it’s measures and influence. It can be used in order to successfully implement the competence development. |
