The Aim of Master‘s – is to analyze the organizational culture elements and determinate organizational culture for international hotels chain in Klaipėda city, improve their policines. The systematic - structural analysis of scientific literature has enabled to summarise theoretical substance of organisational culture, presented by Lithuanian and foreign authors, and to identify the relation between organisational culture and the efficiency of the organisational performance. This is a customer research. All the hotels, involved in the research, are concerned to get the results, conclusions, recommendations and suggestions. Hotels Managers are ready to improve organizational culture by using analysis findings, which are directly related to activity effectiveness. Research work of Klaipeda hotels could be argued that all involved in the study hotel management and staff views of organizational culture is different. |
