Aim of this master thesis is to analyse the essence of organisational culture, its functions and types along with the improvement aspects in sport schools of Šiauliai city. Works on the issues of organisational culture by various foreign and Lithuanian authors were analysed in this thesis. In order to achieve the aim, analysis of sport schools‘ documents and a research in 6 sports schools of Šiauliai city was performed along with a poll of directors and employees of these schools. In addition to that, comparison and qualitative research of experts were performed in the course of which education experts were questioned. |
