Abstract [eng] |
The goal of the Master’s Thesis (final project) is to investigate the relationship of organizational climate and intergenerational relations at a chosen budgetary institution. The investigation uses two standard tests: the questionnaire survey of organizational climate developed by a scientific group of Prof. Habil. Dr. G. Merkio and the Lithuanian version of the questionnaire survey of tension in intergenerational relations of Australian scientist E. Teh adapted by Dr. R. Kalinauskaitės. 77 respondents from 4 departments of Šiauliai Drama Theatre participated in it. The data processed by using a typical SPSS program. The huge base of rationing has allowed comparing the received results of the research with parameters of other organizations. The common base of rationing includes authentic data of an organizational type, which have not been diagnosed so far. During the research, it was established the hypothesis that the organization where there is no tension caused by intergenerational relations, has a favorable organizational climate. |
