This master's work examines consumer behavior, it’s concept, the factors affecting the choice of tour organizer services. This study sought to determine what factors are essential in determining consumer choice of services. The study was conducted in Jonava city, in a written questionnaire survey. The survey results helped identify that consumer behavior the most is influenced by the price, personal and family needs. In addition, it is very important the quality and good service. There are conclusions and recommendations given at the end of the work. The results of this study could be useful to all tour organizers and travel agencies operating in Lithuania in case to know the consumer, to influence it’s behavior and eliminate problems. |
