Abstract [eng] |
This Master's thesis is a comprehensive analysis of person's administrative legal status as well as rights and obligations in public administration. It gives a review of SWOT analysis of public sector and its vision. It defines the interrelation between the principles of E-Governance and One-Stop. It includes the analysis of the resolutions regarding service to persons in public sector. This thesis analyses, systemizes and presents the concept of One-Stop principle and the main ethical and legal conditions of its realization, possibilities for improvement. It analyses the characteristics of services to the citizens and other persons in Mazeikiai Region Municipality Administration and other divisions, gives the revision of One-Stop principle which is currently under introduction in Mazeikiai Region Municipality. The research affirmed the hypothesis formulated by the author of this thesis that the citizens of Mazeikiai region do not feel any significant outcome from the introduction of One-Stop principle in Mazeikiai Region Municipality. |
