On work is devoted to the analysis of a runner of great mastership preparation for the basic competition in 2003.Coatches ,athletes and scientists are still looking for more efective manses and methods to improve the training methodology. The delegates of sport edukation should pay more atention to the novelty of technologics and their development. The aim of the research is to analyse the annual training model. The objects are:to analyse training tendencies of great mastership runners; to ascertain a runner’s chauge of practical training perposefulness and peculiarities of content formation in the structure of an annual preparation;to disclose the tendencies of formation of runner training microcycles taking into account a runner‘s preparation tasks in his state;to analyse the tendencies of change of runner‘s preparation of methods. The structure of cycle of annual training and the optimise of process of training has been analysed. There are some varios meanings of purposeful physical loads. In the training cycle in 2003-2004 R.D. has achieved the higest sporting form in her the most significant competition.When the most significant competition was approached the results in 800m. and 1500m.running has been improved.The personal records of runner has been achievd in the last competitions of the season.(800.-2.02.24s; 1500m-4.07.78s) The general load of running 82km is odding with the scientists‘s (Suslovas, Karoblis 1995m)recomendable load(30km),because the runner was running on the road. The structure of annual cycle is odding with scientists (Karoblis ,Skernevičius, Steponavičius2002) quideline to divide up the annual preparation cycle into two microcycles.The first is lasting 22 weeks the second-26 weeks.R.D. the fist microcycle has been lasted 31 week the second-21 week.The microcycle is odding with scientists quidelines because she doesn‘t set concrete tasks in winter season. |
