In this master's work the development of health policy and the functional analysis of the institutions, responsible for health care policy realization, is introduced. The Lithuanian health care problems have been formulated as well as the rates of Lithuanian and EU health have been compared. The impact of health care reform on Lithuanian health enterprises and Lithuanian inhabitants is investigated here. The analysis of Lithuanian Republic normative acts, influencing the realization of health care policy has been accomplished. The financing of health care system and the possibilities of private insurance have been researched. In this master's work the analysis of Radviliskis hospital practice rates and the results of shake-up, carried out in the institution, is presented. Various conclusions and recommendations have been drawn. The hypothesis formulated by the author from the research is confirmed, that the theory of health system shake-up in the country not always conforms the practice of shake-up. |
