Because of some reasons not always is purposive to obtain a real estate, therefore on purpose to implement their aim, witch is needed a real estate, big importance achieves an occasion to lease an object. In 2001 Civil code of Lithuania details regulation of arrangement and execution features of lease of real estate, consolidates new features of its arrangement and execution. Despite the fact that after effect of Civil code passed near nine years, in Lithuanian law doctrine to date in great detail was not analysed changed regulation features of lease of real estate, its supremacy and deficiency, not analysed problems of practise. Considering to importance of real estate in civil intercourse and more strict requirements of attention witch are advanced to sides because of commercial order of contract, we can predicate that commercial lease of real estate in civil intercourse is very important and has peculiarities according to other sorts of lease. Perception of these peculiarities can help lessors and lessees to trade protector of their rights more effectively, to escape casual negative ravage and possible dispute about arrangement and execution of contract. Considering to this in this final work analysed essential features of arrangement and execution of commercial lease of real estate. |
