The final master thesis analyses the problem of motivation of employees of transport organizations. The aim of the thesis is to establish the model of motivation system of employees of transport organizations. The thesis analyses the factors, influencing the motivation of employees; with regard to peculiarities of transport organizations the motivation techniques are analyzed. After a survey research, the needs, motivation factors and methods were determined, which influence the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of transport employees with their work. There were performed a survey of literature on the motivation of employees by foreign and Lithuanian authors, the existing approaches to motivation, the importance of employees‘ motivation, motivation theories, and priorities of human needs. There were established the motivation of employees‘ in transport organizations. There were performed an analysis of the motivation of employees of transport organizations. Also there were established the model of the motivation of employees in transport organizations. It is tried to find out, which motivation methods are used in transport organizations; and how they influence the employees. |
