Abstract [eng] |
The purpose of this master‘ s final paper – is to analyze the aspects of forming the organizational culture in company „Lintel“. The theoretical aspects of forming organizational culture of different Lithuanian and foreign authors are analysed and systematized in the master‘ s work. There was disclosed the conception of „organizational culture“ in this paper. It should be noted, that organizational culture exist to unite the people, to stimulate the prosperty and development of the organization. Quantitative (N=149) surveys were done. Organization leaders and personnel has fulfiled the questionnaires. Result of analysis are proposed in this master‘ s work. Held hypothesis proved. Organizational culture and personnel motyvation are closely linked. The organizational culture of ompany „Lintel“ is forming and changing purposely. |
